  1. I’m confused about how I should be working out. I’ve been diagnosed with stage 2 adrenal fatigue (by Dr. Dishman, by the way! I’m near Raleigh!). I’ve heard that exercise during this type of healing should be limited to walking and gentle yoga, but my doctor mentioned in her treatment plan that I should be working out 45-60 minutes at a time 3-4 days each week. Does this seem excessive, or does it stimulate the adrenals in some way? I’d really like to incorporate some heavy weights into my workouts to help with hormone balancing as well. Would that be harmful? I would think that cardio would be a no-no, but what about HIIT? Can you give me an idea of what a 45-60 min workout should look like for someone with adrenal fatigue? Thank you!!
  2. Hi, thanks for the podcast. Really love how practical you information is and how it just gets to the point. I was wondering if you could touch on setting up your body well for conception? I just had a baby about a year and a half ago and have been thinking about doing a gentle detox before getting pregnant with the next one. Something gentle and safe, no major mercury detoxing or anything. Could you give some safe ideas or procedures? I’ve heard about milk thistle, dandelion, detox baths etc. but I’d like your advice on what is a good idea and what isn’t. Like I said I’d like it to be gentle and effective without being potentially dangerous for baby number 2. Thanks so much!
